It’s been 7 months since I return to work and 5 months working straight night. I can’t deny that working night shift is very hard but I also find day shift very hard. Well at least for me anyway. I know a lot of people want to stay day shift but it’s hard since most people at work want to work day shift too. I’m not a morning person that’s why I don’t like it. I’m always feel sleepy due to I don’t have enough sleep at night because I have so many things to do. Anyway the point for telling you this is that I wanted to share how much food I ate during nights when I’m working. I tried not to eat but I feel hungry. I guess because I’m working you know.
Anyway I sleep during the day and only eat once or twice. I tried not to eat too much though! I am getting worried with my figure now because I feel big.
