It’s been 7 months since I return to work and 5 months working straight night. I can’t deny that working night shift is very hard but I also find day shift very hard. Well at least for me anyway. I know a lot of people want to stay day shift but it’s hard since most people at work want to work day shift too. I’m not a morning person that’s why I don’t like it. I’m always feel sleepy due to I don’t have enough sleep at night because I have so many things to do. Anyway the point for telling you this is that I wanted to share how much food I ate during nights when I’m working. I tried not to eat but I feel hungry. I guess because I’m working you know.
Anyway I sleep during the day and only eat once or twice. I tried not to eat too much though! I am getting worried with my figure now because I feel big. I have to do something about it very soon before it’s too late. Thankfully I found this Diet Direct Reviews online and so glad to find some of their goodies and I believe it’s going to work for me. Thursday, April 28th, 2011I’m going to talk about work again this morning since that’s all I do these days you know. Work and eat! It’s too bad no play for me at all. At least last long weekend I had off. I was able to spend Easter with my family and able to travel. This weekend I’m planning to go somewhere but no definite time yet!

Wednesday, April 27th, 2011Last night at work it was very slow. I didn’t run my line because the press was down. The maintenance was trying to fix it all night. I don’t know if they fix it. I guess they don’t need the parts right now so expect a lot of overtime they do need the parts. I hope tonight everything will be fix so that I can run my line and the time will be fast.

Monday, April 25th, 2011I was just talking in my other blog about how many years I’ve work for Linamar Company. I have learned so much about many things you know including how to run a machine. I can’t deny that chemicals are everywhere in the premises like hydraulic oil and many more. I came to know about hydraulic hose and it’s all around the plant. Btw last night my partner didn’t come to work so I wasn’t running the line. I was just cleaning and helping other lines.

Monday, April 25th, 2011Finally my 2 days off were done and back to work again. In fact last night was my first day. I was so tired and sleepy since I’ve been sleeping at night in the weekend. I’m sure my body is a little bit confused right now for switching sleeping time. Anyway I was glad to have 2 days off. Now back to work normally!
