“The Loan Officer Training”

Monday, July 18th, 2011

An advantage of an online education is that you are getting to decide when to start your course and when to “attend” your class.

Being able to set your own goals and your own priorities is very important to most people nowadays.  It is a world that is filled with jobs and obligations that normally suck every last breath out of people.   So to be free to do things your own way and in your own time just makes sense.

I am currently locked into a position of working fulltime and also in a job that requires me to work nights.  On top of that, I have two children to feed.  And of course, I have my beloved blogs to take care of.   But seriously, I just wouldn’t have the time to fit in a formal education schedule that might mean I sit in a class every evening or every morning for example.

I have always wanted to go back to school to upgrade my skills and better career opportunities.  My husband also feels the same way.  A while back, he was actually considered an opportunity that would have seen him a Loan Officer Training program.  It was working in the mortgage industry by the way.   He didn’t do it, partly because of the time conflicts that he had at the time with his job and family life.  But if there were another way to do it, things might have turned out differently.

I myself am interested in becoming a professional photographer and anything I can do to improve my skills and learn is something worth considering.  That’s why; if I were ever going to commit myself to going back to school, I’d want to be free to decide my own schedule.  I think today’s environment with job pressures of two parents working and all the other commitments of families makes it more attractive than ever to have the freedom to decide when to actually “attend” class.

Michael Masterson

Copywriting is a skill that can pay very well.  But I’d be willing to bet that you’ve probably never seriously considered making a career in it.

I first heard about this lucrative career when I heard about Michael Masterson.  He offered a course on copywriting that promised to take “anyone” and make them a master copywriter.  In fact, almost everyone is already a great writer.  Like everyone, you too just need some practice with rote exercises to put it all together.  You can develop the technical know-how of a master writer.

Writing is not on everybody favourite list of things to do before they die.  It’s likely that you have had the same horrible experience of writing essays from your school days.  Grammar was painfully taught and students learned only to hate writing more than they did to love it.

Writing shouldn’t be painful.  Unfortunately, the experience of a thousand days in class has taught most of us otherwise.

There have been students of the Early to Rise copywriting course who would have sworn they could never write if their life depended on it  – who have turned it around and made a fortune for themselves writing hot product promotions for some of the biggest names in industry.

How did they do it?

It’s simple really.  They just mastered some skills and develop their own innate sense of what really works – what people will read and listen to.  That’s it!

cosmetology school

As a woman we know that beauty is everything. We love to make ourselves pretty looking and presentable all the time. I noticed in today’s world that beauty salon business is blooming everywhere. More and more women are going to school learning how to be a beautician. One of the cosmetology school in Phoenix is one of the fastest growing beauty schools in the United States. If you are around that area this is your opportunity to find out what they can offer for you.
You know I’ve always wanted to learn how to cut hair. I have a dream of cutting my own kid’s hair. It’s always a challenge for me how to cut my baby’s hair especially he moves a lot. Anyway I hope that someday I will be able to go to a beauty School.

School

Tuesday, September 21st, 2010

I missed posting the photohunt this week. The theme is School. I actually have photo of School in my computer. I just have to find it. It was a picture of my daughter’s old school. I bet she misses that school. She has to transfer to another school when we move to another house. This school that she is in right now is a lot closer than before.
