We live in a city where there is a high concentration of hotels and events establishments.  This makes our town a welcoming location for events of any size and nature.  It also doesn’t hurt that one of the country’s top food and hospitality training university programs has its home here.  For that reason, there are likely going to be a steady number of Convention Services/Events Staff Jobs in this city.  Of course, the actual number of jobs that are available will depend also on the health of the rest of the surrounding economy.  But the basic infrastructure is well established enough to tilt the odds in the favour of anyone seeking a job in this city.
