Sometimes life gets in the way of our daily meals. We don’t eat on time and sometimes skips breakfast and lunch. I would say that vitamins is important for us because we don’t always get it from the foods that we eat. As I said before we skip meals. Anyway make sure you eat well because our health is also important. We don’t want to get sick you know! That’s another problem. I don’t take vitamins but we let our daughter take some because she doesn’t eat well. She is taking multivitamins daily.
