This past few weeks I’ve been having some back pain. As much as I’m doing my stretching I still hurt myself somehow. Shoveling the snow and carrying my kid is one reason I get this back pain. Very interesting. I’ll have to look into the posture corrector. Has it helped to ease your back pain any?
I am only 21 years old, and I already am seing bad back problems, my neck is kneeling forward, from being on the computer too much. I will also have to look into this product, instead of pouring alot of money into a chiropractor, heh.
Back pain is the worst. It creeps up on you in bed at night and makes you so uncomfortable. I do yoga. I hear swimming is good too.
